2 Account Registration & Management
2.1 Eligibility
To open an account at acv77, you must meet the following conditions:

- Only one account may be opened in your own name and details.
- All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
- You must not be associated with any previously banned account.
- The account is for your personal use only.
2.2 Account Security

2.3 Identity Verification

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. For bank transfers, the bank's own processing time may apply.
Withdrawals may be delayed during security checks or identity verification. In such cases, our support team will contact you.
3.4 Deposit Validity
All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Funds from third parties or unknown sources will not be accepted, and acv77 reserves the right to suspend or close the account in such cases.
4 Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
acv77 offers a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, for a total balance of ৳37,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
A wagering requirement applies to every bonus. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit.
Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. All bonus offers have their own expiry date, and any unused bonus will be cancelled after expiry.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
If we suspect a user is abusing the bonus system, using multiple accounts, or engaging in any fraudulent activity, acv77 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
5 Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 Bet Validity
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The server record is final and, in the event of any dispute, the data stored on the server will be considered authoritative.
5.2 Technical Errors
If a technical error in any game or betting session unintentionally produces an incorrect result, acv77 reserves the right to void that bet and return the staked amount. Any winnings claim arising from a software or display error will not be accepted.
5.3 Suspicious Activity
If a user is suspected of match fixing, arbitrage betting, automated betting via bots, or any other fraudulent activity, acv77 may immediately investigate the account and close it if necessary.
6 VIP Program Terms
6.1 VIP Tiers & Benefits
acv77's VIP program has four tiers, each with a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
6.2 VIP Tier Changes
You may be automatically upgraded to a higher tier based on your regular betting activity. Similarly, tiers may be reviewed in cases of extended inactivity. Cashback benefits have their own terms and validity period as determined by acv77.
7 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Closure & Bans
10.1 Closure at User's Request
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending bets and verification processes must be completed and any available balance must be withdrawn.
10.2 Closure at Platform's Initiative
acv77 may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of these terms
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Providing incorrect or false information
- Being identified as an underage user
- Using or attempting to take over another person's account
acv77 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in cases of clear terms violations.
11 Changes to Terms
